Use the app without signing in.
On-device storage
Categories, notes, watch events, and backups live in the app sandbox.
Optional permissions
Camera and Photos access are only needed for covers and exporting thumbnails.
FAQ
Does LolaDube require a YouTube account?
No. LolaDube does not require a YouTube sign-in. Playback and data are provided by YouTube services.
Why do I see API or quota errors?
The app uses the YouTube Data API. If a key is missing, invalid, restricted, or quota is exceeded, requests may fail. Check your YouTube API key and quota settings in Google Cloud.
Can I move my library to a new device?
You can create backups inside the app and restore them on the same device. Availability of migration options depends on your device setup and storage behavior.
Why does a video fail to play?
Some videos may be removed, private, age-restricted, or region-restricted on YouTube. Try another network and verify the video is available in your region.
